bring to me tonight in the cell of the condemned a smoke, a light * and a raki,
and some juice* besides to make ashes of the prison.

*like δυναμίτη in Greek, 'juice' may mean high explosive, or bad strong drink, or both.
* The nought, or zero: zero law = anarchy, it seems. I'm not thinking of the brainless bomb-throwing sort, but of the 'personal responsibility instead of authority' sort.
