08-01-2010 00:29 | May I suggest some improvements to your excellent translations of Byzantinos Esperinos?
- In this song: (1) rather translate"Panagia"with "Our Lady" than with "Madonna" (which suggests Italian Catholocism, not Greek Orthodoxy); (2) in the last line "which changes life" would perhaps be clearer.
- In the other songs, wouldn't it be better either to translate or to explain Greek words like moré, tsipouro, raki, palikari?
