Birds
Πηγαίναμε να βρούμε τον κρυμμένο θησαυρό
ρουμπίνια διαμάντια ασήμι χρυσό,
στης πόλης τη ζούγκλα, σε μέρη μακρινά
χαθήκαμε και γίναμε πολύχρωμα πουλιά.
Ταξιδιώτες μεσ’ το σκοτάδι
ξεκινήσαν το πρωί και τους χάσαμε το βράδυ.
Τα όνειρα τους γεμάτα χρώμα
αλλά αυτοί που τους θυμούνται περιμένουνε ακόμα.
Αυτή η ιστορία λέει πως ήτανε μια μπάντα
που ανέβηκε στα σύννεφα και χάθηκε για πάντα.
Ήταν αλήθεια; Ήτανε ψέμα;
Όπως κι αν το δεις το πληρώσανε με αίμα.
Ήταν ωραία σαν μπαλαρίνα,
την αγάπησαν τρελά και τη λέγαν Κατερίνα.
Αυτή η ιστορία λέει πως ήτανε μια μπάντα
που ανέβηκε στα σύννεφα και χάθηκε για πάντα.
We went to find the hidden treasure
rubies, diamonds, silver, gold
In the city's jungle, in places far away
we got lost and turned into colourful birds.
Travellers in the dark
They set out in the morning and we lost them in the evening
Their dreams were full of colour
but those who remember them are still waiting.
This story says that there was a band
that went up to the clouds and got lost forever.

She was pretty like a ballerina
They loved her like crazy and her name was Katerina.
