Roads of rain
Τι περιμένω σ’ αυτό το λιμάνι,
τόσα ταξίδια τα έχω αρνηθεί,
σκέψεις, για πάντα να φύγω, έχω κάνει,
μα πάλι εδώ θα με βρει το πρωί.
Γιατί δε φάνηκες ακόμη,
κι εγώ περίμενα να `ρθεις,
όνειρο ξένο που κρυώνει,
τι σε φοβίζει να μου πεις.
Γιατί δε φάνηκες ακόμα,
κι έχεις ντυθεί με τη σιωπή,
έχω το βλέμμα σκυμμένο στο χώμα,
μέσα στους δρόμους της βροχής.
Ποτέ δε ζήτησα να δώσεις
πιο πολλά απ’ ό,τι μπορείς,
όνειρο ξένο θα με σώσεις,
γιατί φοβάσαι να φανείς.
