| The girl and the beggar | | | I'm standing on the platform,
realizing, how cold this November will be.
I'm stepping off the warm train,
the sun is rising, too bad that there's nothing to see.
A girl approached a beggar,
and she smiled at his face.
The beggar gave her matches
and she asked him for a wish.
It was raining and she was cold,
so he gave her his hat.
She came close to kiss his wet hair
and she offered him a rose.
She was standing in the cold square
realizing, that the storm was about to begin.
He was stepping off the temple,
it was snowing, but his hands were not cold anymore.
The beggar has more wishes,
which will never come true.
The girl still has the matches,
which she'll never light up.
