| In my world you would wear summer dresses forever
Without shoes we would wonder the french beaches Ive never seen
We drink sweet wine and watch the sun drown away each to make way for the stars
And they would paint a pictures with colours from a time long ago
In my world we would stay young forever
Without worries of what the future beholds
We read poems of uknown people and and be silent in each others presence
And all the stories that ever happened are memories of a time long ago
In my world we would use our own names forever
Without walls of statuses and updates from corrupted youths
We put our face in our lives of who we are
And break this ill designed patterns of a time long ago
In my world death is of a story told once and forgotten forever
Without fest of time running out on every turn we take
We make our steps wide and strong, with all the confidence we have
And sometimes keep the light on to sign the songs of a time long ago
In my world we would stay in bed and touch our feet forever
Without breakfasts of proceed chemical wheat plants
We make love and climb the building of what used to be the world
And try to remember what it used to be a time long ago
