| The night brings with it strange things. I’ve always hated it. This darkness, this energy, stealthily funneled to every corner of the world that night casts itself upon; it just sets everything on fire.
What are we supposed to do without a sun? All we can manage is sit around and watch the sky reach out and engulf our precious life with a shallow, puffy cloud of dust –or is it fog?-
A mist, laid swiftly on the horizon.
Only the most twisted beings of nature thrive at night.
Scorpions, snakes, criminals.
All those find power, and seek redemption, in the dark.
And its power, oh how I detest it.
The night gives you power to do… everything you never wanted to.
Sleep, for starters.
Everything you’ve ever regretted or you think you might regret, you do at night.
All those foolish little acts,
Those pathetic cases of misfortune,
They all come with the night.
The dormant,
inactive world lays victim to its ingenuity.
Are we jeopardizing the existence of light?
Are we slaying our precious sun in favor of another dimension, where blurred lines of reality and belief shape the walls and roofs of countless homes?
Edges, melted by the cold onto our consciousness.
Sticking hard, leaving permanent marks of foolishness, from a once peaceful, almost naively safe entity called humanity.
Oh, how I hate the night.
And, oh, how I fear it...
What do you think P?
Where the hell am I headed with these thoughts friend?
C’mon,
Speak to me P.
I need you now more than ever.
This battle is slipping.
Help P. HELP...
