Α carriage is passing by
and the Satrap
whom I loved is inside
she is hugging and cuddling
and doesn't even care, the bitch
Α carriage is passing by
with the lover
that I wasted my life with
she got me broke,
she ruined my home
Α carriage is passing by
oh my goodness
how my heart is racing
and the Satrap
whom I loved, with someone else is going
In these lyrics, Satrap is used in the sense of tyrant. Although Satrap sounds a bit strange, it sounds just as strange in Greek, and it's in fact part of the poetry (a metaphor). Since it is the very title of the song, I believe it should be kept as "Satrap" and not translated as "tyrant". But perhaps it would be better to say "Satrap woman"?
