It’s Christmas time, the night comes and it’s snowing,
but Santa Claus goes to war.
People are scared, they know not where they’re going,
they say: “No Christmas, no more”.

It’s Christmas time, the bright star, still, it’s glowing,
pinned on the sky, high above.
The newborn child rises up and, tiptoeing,
spreads in the world dust of love.

It’s Christmas time, I walk in the streets knowing,
no one can help me, anymore.
I feel so scared, you come forth, hatred showing,
you say: “No Christmas, no more”.
