I really tried to erase you
before i realised how many
parts of me you had affected.
The long walks in the middle of the night,
the stolen kisses,the truth,the lies..
The tide of memory rises,
drowning me a little bit every time.
I am a mess and you're disaster.
You cannot find balance in chaos,
but i still don't know if it's better
to drift apart or let it swallow you whole.

Did I leave you behind
