Different Day
Ξύπνησα κεφάτη το πρωί
έδιωξα από πάνω μου την γκρίνια
έγιναν τα μάτια μου λουστρίνια
πήρα τη ζωή μου απ’ την αρχή
Κοίταξα την πόλη τρυφερά
έδιωξα το σύννεφο το γκρίζο
ένιωσα σαν άστρο να γυαλίζω
μέσα σ’ ανθρωπάκια σκοτεινά
Αλλιώτικη μέρα ανάβω φωτιά
σου λέω καλημέρα σε παίρνω αγκαλιά
Αλλιώτικη μέρα καλό ξαφνικό
μαζί μ’ όλα τ’ άλλα κι εμένα αγαπώ
μ’ αγαπώ
Μέτρησα τον κόσμο δυο φορές
μέσα στα απλά ειν’ τα ωραία
όπως όταν είμαστε παρέα
τι καλό που κάνει ένας καφές
Μέσα από παράπονα συρτά
ξέφυγε κι αλλάζει η ζωή μου
σήμερα γιορτάζει η ψυχή μου
κι όλα θα τα δω χρωματιστά
Αλλιώτικη μέρα ανάβω φωτιά
σου λέω καλημέρα σε παίρνω αγκαλιά
Αλλιώτικη μέρα καλό ξαφνικό
μαζί μ’ όλα τ’ άλλα κι εμένα αγαπώ

I woke up this morning so happy
I pushed the whimper away from me
my eyes turned to glimmer
I began my life from the start
I glanced at the city tenderly
I chased away the grey cloud
I felt shining like a star
through little darkened people
Different day I'm lighting a fire

Different day, a nice moment out of the blue
along with the rest I love myself as well

I counted the world twice
the good things lie within simplicity
just like when we're together
with the warm feel of coffee
Through carried complaining
my life escaped and is changing
today my soul is celebrating
and I'll see it all with colour
