Από μακριά κι αγαπημένοι
μαζί δεν κάνουμε και χώρια δεν μπορούμε πουθενά
Λέει πως πονά, πως περιμένει
κι εγώ η στριμμένη όταν στραβώνω τον σταυρώνω μ’ ένα γεια.
Μα όμως κάποτε θα μπει στα δικά μου τα παπούτσια
και τον άκυρο καημό μου θα λουστεί
όταν βέβαια μια όμοιά του βρει
και του βάλει σ’ ένα πόδι δυο παπούτσια
τότε θα εύχεται να μην τον παρατούσα
να μιλούσα για να σπάσω τη σιωπή
μα, όταν μίλαγα εγώ, ήμουν η τρελή.
Μαγκαβατού και ντάρι ντάρι
σωστό λιοντάρι πάει να πάρει τη μπουκιά του αλλουνού
Κάνει βουντού και με ντοπάρει
και με τουμπάρει, μα, αν σαλτάρει εγώ, θα γίνει του χαμού.
Και τότε σύντομα θα μπει στα δικά μου τα παπούτσια
και τον άκυρο καημό μου θα λουστεί
όταν βέβαια μια όμοιά του βρει
τη φάει μπαγιάτικη και φτύσει τα κουκούτσια
τότε θα εύχεται να μην τον παρατούσα
να μιλούσα για να σπάσω τη σιωπή
μα, όταν μίλαγα εγώ, ήμουν η τρελή.
Let us be far but beloved
Together we are not that good and apart from each other we can't bear it no where.
He says that he is hurt,that he is waiting
And I,"the twisted",when i get mad i make him miserable with just one "hi".
But some day he will get to be in my shoes
And my "out of place" complain he will face
When he surely finds a girl similar to him
And she will make him feel frustrated and disciplined.
Then he would be wishing that i wouldn't have dumped him
If only i did talk to break the silence
But when i did,he acted like i was the one that was talking non sense.
''Magavadou" and "dari dari"
Like a lion that is acting naturally he is going to take somebody else's "bite".
He is doing some voodoo and makes me feel like i took some drugs
And changes my mind,but if he goes there will be a massacre.
And when soon he will get to be in my shoes
And my "out of place" complain he will face
(He)will have to deal with her and adjust to the situation.
Then he would be wishing that i wouldn't have dumped him
