Καλώς το που ήρθε το άφωτο βραδάκι
έτσι απαλό σαν χάδι να μ’ αγγίξει
και τη σκέψη μου αγάλια να τραβήξει
στο σκοτεινό στ’ ατέλειωτο δρομάκι
Εκεί που όλες οι χαρές μου καρτερούνε
το πέρασμά μου εκείθε σιωπηλές
ωραίες ελκυστικές κι άπιαστες λες
του ονείρου τα χρυσά φτερά φορούνε
Καλώς το που ήρθε σαν την καλοσύνη
το κουρασμένο βλέμμα μου να σβήσει
και την ψυχή μου ελεύθερη ν’ αφήσει
να απλωθεί πέρα ως πέρα στη γαλήνη
