τα δειλινά, τα βράδια
ψάχνω τα μάτια σου να δω
που κρύψαν τα σκοτάδια.
Πάρε το δρόμο, ξαναγύρισε,
δάκρυα η ζωή πλημμύρισε.
Ρίχνω ξανά την περηφάνια μου
μπρος στην πικρή ορφάνια μου.
Όταν σου πουν πως τριγυρνώ
τις νύχτες στο λιμάνι
σε ψάχνω στον ωκεανό
που κύμα κύμα φτάνει.

in the downs , in the evenings
I search your eyes to see
that are hided by the darkness.

teardrops the life flooded.
I throwagain my pride
front of my bitter orphanhood.
When they say to you that I hang around
the nights in the harbour
I search you in the ocean
that wave-wave reaches.
