Eternal fate

Depression is my companion...

How could I know this new dawn's fate
Would deceive me in night's crushing cave
In this sanitarium everybody perceives a lot and eventually is deceived
By the fake light's golden treasure
Cannot leave
Trapped in this unmerciful fate
New hits could come in any second
To give a new, sharper meaning to the word "pain"
And leave you there, wondering
How you made it feel bad..
And how can this happen always..
Depression is your companion..
All these questions just bursting in and out of your head
And then wanting less and less
Even a hero of the day
Through the anger, through the tears
Just wanting something to get you through the times
But the only thing you can feel
Is the feeling of something yours that is lost or died
Hearing the loneliness screaming
Sometimes, all these it's just the beginning
Other times it's just a sign that the end is near
Could mean anything
All that is seen is just unhappiness in your eyes
And just waiting, waiting, waiting
For this unmerciful fate to change...
