Hallo Arianaki .......... always this time comes that old sad feeling from my childtime.

I was 12 and my mother took me to "Ouranoupolis" for one and half months ........ she got a job in the kitchen of a restaurant.

It was a very nice change in my life,coz in Thessaloniki life was quite boring & colourless.I was fascinated from the shore with the turquoise colour of the see and this old castle just gorgeous.Everything had a very seductive effect to me,but I never thought at that time, that this place would have changed my life so much deeply from one moment to the other.Coz most of the time I was sitting alone here or there,my mother asked herr boss,if I could work in the restaurant as a helping boy ......... taking the dishes from empty tables and refreshing them with new glasses and cutlery.It was not that bad,allthough I felt as a young "slave" but the salary and the tips make it "bearable".But in the second week was so far...

It was lunch time .......... about 12 or one o´clock.

I was starting at 11 in the morning with a break at 2 or till 5 in the afternoon and from 5 to 10 in the evening .... 6-7 hours per day.
At that moment I was refreshing a table when suddenly my look fell to a table with 5 persons.It was a family with 3 daughters.About 5-6 the youngest and the oldest in my age at that time(12) I would rather say.
I was "stoned" for seconds coz I wanted to "watch" her for a while ........... that young beautiful face .............. but in the same time a "curse".
From that moment,everyday in my free time I was searching the whole shore to see her somewhere,but the most time they were nowhere and that made me sad .......... so sad that I started to hate my origin.
For first time in my life I fell so alone and sooo worthless.
One day at 4 or 5 I saw them on the shore again direkt in the place where the restaurant was .................. I was sooooo happy that I jumped in the see and I was trying to take her attention with my "silly" diving attempts like a diving-Zombie.
