just a word
"love"
and nothing more.
Abused,
misused
and overused,
"love" is dead -- as dead as "god".
Yielding bodies promise "love",
sleep,
then wonder if "love" exists;
they know not, nor care.
Visceral!
Destroy the word,
slaughter all connotations,
but leave the essence.
Zillions are unimportant;
the blessed, quiet few are aware,
they understand.
Under the heaven's wrath,
"love's" essence will elate,
nameless,
like "God"
for the few who feel.
